My view:
Awesome oldschool style gym with tonnes of freeweights to keep you going. Nice little deadlift platform with lots of mirrors for form checking and posing ^_^
One of my fave things about this gym is the selection fo attachments for the cables. Its like candy land! It makes this gym my fave go to for back day.
Another awesome feature is the tasty selection of treats on offer that you can utilise after your workout.
The gym is never crazy busy so its easy to get in your workout without standing around for a long time and if that do happens... you can always take advantage of the arm wrestling station!
10/10 for the music too. Its loud, its energetic... you will not need headphones here.
The gym only costs £5 a day and £20 a month with no contract so i consider this place a bargain and well worth at least a visit.
