2 ingredient banana pancake recipe

Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
1 Ripe banana
2 Eggs
METHOD
Mash the banana well and add in whisked eggs.
Spray a non stick pan with oil (I use coconut spray) and warm it up.
Cook for a minute and flip - These dont take long at all to cook and can burn easily so be careful.
TIPS
Keep them small. This makes them so much easier to flip! Roughly two tablespoons per pancake is perfect.
For an extra protein kick add in a half scoop of your whey protein (I add in chocolate and i LOVE the taste)
You can also try it with a dash of vanilla, choc chips, blueberry or even a pinch of baking powder to make them fluffier if you dont like the texture.
